Allow extra 30 mins for consultation and relaxation at the end of the treatment

A 15-20 minute massage is useful for treating stress and stress related conditions as it helps to relax the body and mind. The back, neck, head, arms and hands are the centres of the therapist’s attention. The client is fully clothed and seated in a specially designed chair. The treatment is not time or space demanding (like a massage bed) and doesn't require special equipment. Therefore it can be performed even in office conditions during break time.
